1. Overview
We Scale Creators (“Company”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Conversions.ai / AI Agent System (“Program”) under specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing the Program, you agree to adhere to all conditions of this Refund Policy and Chargeback Clause.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered if the following prerequisites are fully met and verifiable:

1. Completion of the Program:
 • The customer must provide proof that they have thoroughly completed every section of the AI Agent System, including all instructional videos, written materials, and exercises.
 • Proof must include screenshots, video recordings, or other verifiable documentation demonstrating that each module has been completed in full.
 2. AI Agent Creation:
 • The customer must demonstrate that they have successfully built two (2) AI Agents according to the step-by-step walkthroughs provided in the Program.
 • Documentation must include screenshots or videos clearly showing the agents configured as instructed in the Program.
 3. Proof of Implementation:
 • The customer must provide evidence that the two AI Agents are fully operational and configured per the Program’s guidelines, including specific settings, functionality, and intended use as outlined.
 4. Request within the Refund Window:
 • The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Failure to meet all of the above requirements will result in the denial of a refund.

3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must follow these steps:
 1. Submit a written request to support@conversions.ai with the subject line: “Refund Request - [Program Name].”
 2. Include:
 • Full name and email address used at the time of purchase.
 • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
 • Detailed evidence as described in Section 2 to support your eligibility for a refund.
 • A brief explanation of why the Program did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests that do not include the required information or are not submitted within the specified timeframe will be denied.



4. Chargeback Clause
By purchasing the Program, you expressly agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks, disputes, and lawsuits:
 1. Binding Agreement:
 • Customers agree to this policy as a binding contract, enforceable in any dispute resolution or legal proceeding.
 2. Prerequisites for Valid Disputes:
 • Any dispute, chargeback, or legal claim, including but not limited to those filed with financial institutions, arbitration, or courts, will only be considered valid if:

a. The customer has complied fully with all refund eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
b. The refund request has been denied and falls outside the 30-day window for refunds.
 • Failure to comply with these prerequisites will result in the dispute being declared null and void.

 3. Breach and Waiver:
 • Customers who file chargebacks, disputes, or claims without fulfilling all refund policy conditions waive their right to any resolution in their favor.
 • This waiver includes disputes based on dissatisfaction or non-performance unless verifiable evidence of Program completion and implementation, as outlined, is provided.

 4. Use of Documentation as Evidence:
 • The Company reserves the right to present this Refund Policy, along with records of the customer’s acceptance of it, as binding evidence in any chargeback, dispute, or lawsuit.
 • Customers acknowledge that by purchasing the Program, this policy will serve as proof of agreement and intent.

5. Processing Refunds
If all refund conditions are met and the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Limitations
 • Refund requests made after the 30-day window or those failing to meet the conditions listed in Section 2 will be denied without exception.
 • Customers agree that any refunds outside these terms are not subject to dispute or chargeback, and attempts to circumvent these conditions are considered a breach of contract.

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly.
