This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between We Scale Creators (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchaser or participant (“you,” “your”) of the Conversions.ai / AI Agent System (“Program”). By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing any part of the Program, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, without limitation or qualification.

 • Age Restriction: Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

 • Eligibility: No geographic or demographic restrictions apply, provided that the participant has lawful access to the Program and requisite payment capability.

 • Registration Process: The Program is accessible through direct purchase on go.conversions.ai. No additional account activation is required.

 • Access to Materials: Digital access will be granted upon purchase, and all materials will be provided in accordance with our content delivery policy.

 • Fees: The AI Agent System is priced at $27, exclusive of applicable taxes or surcharges.

 • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major US-based credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

 • Proprietary Rights: All content provided in the Program constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of We Scale Creators, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws.

 • Limited License: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Program content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or adaptation of the content is strictly prohibited.

 • Code of Conduct: Participants agree to use the Program responsibly and refrain from engaging in disruptive, unlawful, or harmful conduct. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program without notice or refund if, in its sole discretion, a participant violates this clause.

 • Choice of Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 • Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Participants waive any right to pursue claims in a court of law or through a jury trial.

We reserve the unilateral right to amend or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
